Drunken kissing typically occurs when one or both individuals involved have consumed alcohol, which can lead to impaired judgment and coordination. This can result in a lack of control and inhibition, leading to more aggressive or sloppy kissing. Normal kissing is typically more intimate and meaningful, while drunken kissing can be more impulsive and less focused. **
